I originally wrote a quick (and somewhat rambling) post about this topic back in 2007. I updated a tiny little sentence at the end to say "hey, I still own these and still clean them this way" in 2009. And now, another update for 2015. SAME pans and I still clean them the SAME way. To clean stoneware, Pampered Chef instructions say not to use soap and water on your stones. You use the little plastic scraper they send with the stone to scrape off any food, but soap will remove your seasoning…
