If you’re new to kettlebell training and you’re super short on time this 15 minute full body beginner complex is for you! 💪

Complexes are an incredible way to train literally hundreds of muscles in a super short space of time and I have personally used them with my busiest clients for years to great effect.👊

Remember the difference with a complex is that we DON’T put the bell down until we’ve completed all the repetitions.💡

⚡️A1) Single Arm Deadlift x 5 
⚡️A2) Single Arm Clean x 5
⚡️A3) Single Arm Squat x 5
⚡️A4) Single Arm Press x 5 

- Set down & shake it off 
- Repeat on the opposite side

Rest as necessary between each round.

Complete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes! ⏱️
