This took me less than 30 minutes and was fairly cheap to make, perfect for an easy dinner, or even to bring to a Super Bowl party! 🏈 RECIPE: cook, one bag of steak fries according to instructions. Dice one small white onion, and one green bell pepper. Sauté your peppers and onion until almost done. Add in 1 pound of thinly shaved steak and your favorite steak seasoning. In a small pot melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add 1 tablespoon of flour. Cook on medium heat for e one to two minutes. Slowly whisk in 1.5 cups of milk then reduce to low heat and add 8 ounces of your favorite cheese + s&p.
