To conceal jowls try this technique-  ✅Use a contour shade that is about two shades darker than your skin tone. Cooler tones work best for this job.   ✅Start at your ear and follow the jawline until you see where the jowl starts and the sagging begins.   ✅Continue moving straight ahead and you may have to veer off the jawline just a hair. Try this simple Neck Stretch exercise that works wonders! 🙌

1. Tilt Your Head Back:
Look up at the ceiling.

2. Pucker Your Lips:
As if you’re trying to kiss the ceiling, pucker your lips.

3. Hold the Position:
Feel the stretch in your neck and jawline. Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

4. Repeat:
Do this exercise 5-10 times daily for best results.
