We’re back with another killer standing core workout and this one does NOT disappoint. Honestly, the difference in strength & definition since incorporating a lot more standing core work about 6 months ago is CRAZY. There is no lie here, you can literally see my abs WORKING!

PRO TIPS:
+ have a strong stance with feet hip width apart 
+ use a medium weight dumbbell (I’m using 10lb - you don’t want too light or too heavy)
+ twist through the core as you bring the weight to your side body
+ exhale as you lift the weight back up

10-15 reps per side! Add it to your next workout as a finisher or incorporate it into a circuit 💪🏼
