🧷 Trendy PDF sewing patterns on Instagram: "Do you know how to finish the end of an invisible zipper?

1. Attach the zipper to your garment and make sure there is some excess length at the end of the zipper.
2. Cut off the excess down to 6–7 cm (about 2 3/4”).
3. Cut along the zipper teeth, stopping 2 cm (3/4”) short of the marked zipper end. Cut off the zipper teeth leaving the tape intact.
4. Seal the tape edges with a lighter.
5. Fold the tape edges over the zipper end, placing one on top of the other. Press for convenience. Fold the remaining edges under the seam allowances and cut off the excess.
6. Secure by machine-stitching along the edges of the seam allowances.

The result will look nice and neat 👌

This blouse has been in the works for a few months and it's the peasant top of my dreams (the testers also had some really cool ideas for pattern hacks too, so maybe I'll do a future video for those)!

I've been on the hunt for a dress pattern that's easy to wear, elegant but has interesting front draping details and I think I managed to get exactly 💯 what I was looking for with a few mods...
