Gingerbread Cookies
This molasses-dark, ginger-and-spice flavored cookie is perfect for gingerbread men. We roll it a bit thicker than usual, to give the cookies just a hint of chew. While ginger is often thought of as a winter baking flavor, we've found that ginger pairs well with various fruits, too. Ginger and peach is an especially wonderful combination; try gingerbread cookies served with fresh sliced peaches, or a peach crumble topped with gingerbread crumbs.
Cranberry-Lime Swirled Meringues
These updated meringues are inspired by James Beard award-winning chef Joanne Chang, proprietor of the vaunted Flour Bakery with multiple locations in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts. Sweet and crunchy meringues swirled with a refreshingly tart cranberry-lime coulis, it’s a colorful cookie that — trust us — is worth the extra-long bake. They're the perfect Christmas treat!
Stained Glass Cookies
Say hello to a whole new level of decorating cookies this holiday season. Pretty as can be, these cookies mimic the look of stained glass windows with naturally-colored candy. Fortunately, they’re not just beautifully ornamental, but also deliciously tasty thanks to the hint of ginger and nutmeg in their cream cheese dough. Whether you use these for decoration or to fancify a cookie plate, they’re sure to add just the right touch of beauty and yum to your day.

Pizzelle Cookies
No Italian-American holiday is complete without crisp, buttery pizzelle. Rather than the typical anise flavor, we've made them a bit more neutral with a splash of good quality vanilla. Nonna turning over in her grave? You can still use the anise.
