Reduce menstruation cramps by adding nutrients that will help reduce your pains; 2 green apples, 1 carrot, 2 celery sticks, ½-inch ginger root, sprinkle of cinnamon powder. Drink daily for one week leading up to that day of the month.
Cinnamon Coffee Smoothie 2 scoops of Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder 1 scoop of Arbonne Fiber Boost 1/4 tsp organic coffee extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 cup of ice cubes Sprinkle of toasted (slivered, crushed or sliced) almonds to add to top of smoothie Blend first 5 ingredients together until well blended.
