1.9K views · 1K reactions | I struggled using this disc, but i figured an easier way! 1. Wrap the Cake Disc: Double-wrap your cake disc with cling wrap. 2. Apply Buttercream or Ganache: Add a dollop of buttercream or ganache on the side of the disc that will go on top of the cake. 3. Place the Disc and Ice the Cake: Position the disc on the cake and ice as usual. 4. Refrigerate: Place the cake in the refrigerator until it is firm. 5. Remove Cling Wrap: Gently unwrap the cling wrap from around the cake. 6. Detach the Disc: Carefully flick off the disc from the top of the cake. This will help keep your cake clean and create a smooth, professional finish. follow for more cake tips and tricks! 🎥@januarys_cakes #cakeoftheday #caketutorialsdaily #cakehack #caketip #cakevideo #cakeguide ##cakereelsideas #caketutorials #cakedecorating #cakesofinstagram #caketutorialsandvideos #beginnercakedecorator #caketutorialsonline #instacake #cakedecoratingvideos #cakevideos #caketutorials #cakehacks #caketips #caketipsandtricks #caketutorialvideos #caketricks #caketricksandtips #bakerstvnetworks | Triple Crown Bakers

5.2K views · 126 reactions | Another way to have a slightly thinner layer of ganache is to make a thicker crumb-coat on your cakes! We do suggest that you use a fluid ganache like Mock Ganache or Butter Ganache to be on the safe side! (Recipes are free on our website) We personally feel that the 1/4 inch covering is the perfect amount, but this is an option for those who want it thinner. There’s always a way to make things work for you 🫶🏻 Order Frost Form worldwide from www.frostform.com | Frost Form

11K views · 135 reactions | How to fix split Butter Ganache 👍🏻 If you have overheated your butter, your Butter and Chocolate can separate. Here’s how to fix it-1. Cool it down to room temp for 15 mins, mix it, then let sit for another 15 minutes and mix again. By this point there should be no more fat separation. 2. Let it sit at room temp for a couple hours until it forms a paste-like consistency. 3. Then gently microwave for 10 second intervals on medium power, mixing in between until fluid (won’t be as fluid as freshly made butter ganache) and you pipe into your Frost Form! And next time, make sure to be a little more gentle 😉Get our Butter Ganache recipe and order Frost Form on frostform.com 💕 | Frost Form
