I recently found out that 85% of my favorite interior looks are Victorian. Turrets, wrap around porches, transom windows, claw-foot bathtubs, cracked silvery mirrors, chandeliers, hardwood base and crown moulding, six panel doors, working indoor shutters, small pane windows, decorative iron fireplace grills, ornate tin ceiling tiles, ornate doorknobs with actual key holes, window seats, creaky wooden staircases with big banister ends, tiny octagonal bathroom tiles...be still my heart!
