No Bake Birthday Cake | No Bake Birthday Cake | By Kiera's Southern Cooking | Alright y'all. I've got here some these small little individual size tin mini crust that I just put in my large little dish. My large muffin tin because we're going to be making some easy and delicious treats for y'all today. We've got one container of some defrosted whipped topping. And we're going to just try and flop it right on out. Right? That's good enough. And then, next up y'all, we need a little Philadelphia. I went ahead and grab the whipped kind. Looks like Kaylee made herself a nice bagel first and we're going to get all of this out. So, this is one eight-ounce container of some whipped topping and an eight-ounce container of some of this little whipped whipped cream. I mean, cream cheese. Got whipped cream, cream cheese, cream, whip, whip, cream of wheat. No, just kidding y'all. Okay. That was just a quick little stir. And then y'all a little Jet Puff Marshmallow Cream and this is seven ounces so we got eight ounces of Cool Whip eight ounces of whipped or cream cheese oh my gosh there's too many creams and whips and then we got seven ounces of some marshmallow fluff and if you want to just go ahead and marshmallow just some marshmallows for this y'all can go on ahead and do that instead of buying this stuff and cheating like I just did but y'all let's try get this off and we can get it blended. Before we blend it though, we're going to add one three. 4 ounce of some jelly vanilla pudding. We're going to get this whole box in here. We're going to add ourselves about a tablespoon of some vanilla extract. That looks about right, maybe a little plus and then y'all, if it's a birthday cake pie, what would a birthday cake be without some sprinkles? So, we're just going to shake em all in there and we're going to add more at the top but we want some to get into every bite and that way when we start blending this together, they'll be everywhere. So, just going to kind of grab my little whisk and just try mixing it on up. You know what y'all? I think we're going to need the electric one today. Let me get all this stuff out. I knew I should've just started with it but we like to do the difficult process first. I like to show it in ways that I know everyone has and maybe not everybody has an electric mixer. So, yes, a little more time and energy. You could definitely mix that up without one. But for now, We're just going to start this baby on up. Mhm. Get just those little bits off. Come back in and just kind of scrape the sides and then I'll be able to fold everything that I was afraid to get with the electric mixer with my hands. Alright. So now y'all that we got our little cake batter which is what it looks like. Let's bring back in these babies. Let's just ignore the fact that my electric mixer kind of went a little crazy on em. I got a little scoop. We're just going to start filling up our little pies. And these are going to be the perfect alternative to some cupcakes that people will enjoy. Perfect for summer. Perfect for whenever, spring, summer, winter. Because birthday cakes never go out of season. And they're just each getting a nice big scoop. And if we got leftovers then y'all just either fill these babies on up or guess what? You get cake batter without the egg. No raw ingredients here. This part's just kind of falling off. I got a little carried away on that baby. So now, what I'm going to do, come back in with my sprinkles and we're just going to add a nice kiss of sprinkles over each little or mini pie and then y'all these get to go in the freezer for about an hour and then we can enjoy ourselves some no baked birthday pie alright y'all our little mini pies are ready for us to eat best thing about it is you know what y'all we don't have to wait for em to cool off or nothing so Kaylee says she wants to try one now I want to eat I'm going to try this pretty one right here I'm going to try one of these here. The ugly one? I tried the ugly one, you get the pretty one. Okay, you ready? I'm ready. Get sprinkles, get sprinkles. I got the sprinkles. You you got two. There's sprinkles inside of it too, babe. Get a spritz. Alright. She just took a bite without me. Cheers y'all. Happy birthday.
