Grits Casserole 1 lb. sausage 1/2 cup milk 6 pouches instant grits, cheddar cheese flavor 3 cups boiling water 6 eggs 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage (crumbled) and drain. Spray 9 x 13 dish with non stick spray. Put sausage in bottom of dish. Beat eggs with milk and salt & pepper to taste. Pour over sausage. Spread 1 cup of cheese over eggs and sausage. Prepare grits with the 3 cups boiling water. Stir in remaining cup of cheese till melted. Pour grits over sausage, eggs and cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the eggs are cooked.
