Alisha Di Benedetto on Instagram: "Blueberry crumble muffins 🫐 🧁 Ingredients/ Method: Blueberry Sauce: 1 cup blueberries 4 tablespoons caster sugar -In a saucepan, add in blueberries and sugar and squish with your fork. You want to break a few so the juices can release and the sugar doesn’t burn. Cook until sugar has dissolved. Crumble: 1/2 cup plain flour 1/3 cup caster sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar 4 tablespoons melted butter - In a bowl, add in all ingredients and mix until it forms a crumble Muffin: 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup melted butter 1 cup caster sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cups plain flour 2 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 2 cups blueberries - Add all ingredients into a bowl, except for the blueberries. Once combined, add in blueberries and mix together.

Healthy Eat Gram on Instagram: "cinnamon crunch banana bread y @healthfulradiance wet ingredients: - 3 large ripe bananas, mashed - 1/3 cup olive oil - 2 eggs - 2/3 cup maple syrup - 1 tbsp of vanilla dry ingredients: - 1 cup gluten-free flour - 1/2 cup almond flour - 1 tbsp each of sea salt, baking powder, and cinnamon cinnamon crunch topping: - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 4 tbsp ground cinnamon mix the wet ingredients together until well-combined. in a separate bowl, do the same for the dry ingredients. add the dry mixture to the wet and fold until uniform. transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan and top with the cinnamon sugar mixture. bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool completely before slicing!"
