During the holidays we often make what we call a progressive meal. It starts from a quiche for breakfast, simmer a soup and roasted vegetables for lunch, mulled wine simmers in the afternoon followed by roasted meat with potatoes, broccoli or brussels sprouts on the side. Follow that with a holiday pumpkin pecan pie or an apple brown betty or crumble to call it a night. We make all this in our Clementi wood fired oven that heats the home and fills the air delicious aroma of the meals.
