Workouts + Under 30 Minutes

I'm a big believer that you can not only get healthy but also enjoy a fit and toned body shape in under 30 minutes a day. You don't have to exercise an hour every day for it to "count"--quick workouts can deliver your cardio and strength-training needs at-home with no equipment (or at least very little). These workouts under 30 minutes will challenge you through bodyweight resistance--using barre, Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness.
