ATURAN DAN KETENTUAN STORY TELLING CONTEST
DALAM RANGKA HARI LINGKUNGAN HIDUP
BLH KOTA PROBOLINGGO 2014
I. Ketentuan Umum
Perlombaan ini terbuka untuk tingkat SMP/MTs Negeri dan Swasta se-Kota Probolinggo.
Peserta lomba adalah perorangan dan setiap sekolah berhak mengirimkan
perwakilannya maksimal 2 orang.
Naskah cerita difotokopi rangkap 4 dan diserahkan pada saat technical meeting atau paling lambat pada saat hari lomba.
Naskah cerita dilengkapi dengan fotokopi kartu pelajar atau surat keterangan pelajar dari sekolah dan surat penugasan sebagai pembina atau pendamping lomba dari sekolah (bagi Bapak/Ibu Guru) sebagai acuan pembuatan sertifikat.

WAKTU DAN BIAYA PENDAFTARAN
A. PENDAFTARAN Hari, tanggal : Senin s/d Kamis, 09 s/d 12 Juni 2014 Waktu : 07.30 s/d 15.00 WIB Tempat : Kantor BLH Kota Probolinggo (Jl. Anggrek, Kota Probolinggo) ** Pendaftaran di Kantor BLH Kota Probolinggo atau di SMKN 3 Kota Probolinggo (Bpk. DWI HARI : 081336566326) B. PENGHARGAAN 1. Juara I, II, dan III akan mendapatkan masing-masing Trophy, sertifikat dan uang pembinaan 2. Piagam penghargaan bagi semua peserta dan guru pendamping / pembina C. TEMA STORY TELLING : LINGKUNGAN DAN ALAM D. BIAYA : FREE / GRATIS
III.
TECHNICAL MEETING A. Technical meeting Hari, tanggal Waktu Tempat
dilaksanakan pada : : Kamis, 12 Juni 2014 : 14.00 WIB s/d selesai : Kantor BLH Kota Probolinggo
B. Peserta yang tidak mengirimkan perwakilannya (tidak mengikuti technical meeting)
dianggap menyetujui hasil technical meeting. C. Pendaftaran peserta paling lambat 5 (lima) menit sebelum technical meeting.
IV.
TEKNIS PERLOMBAAN DAN KRITERIA PENILAIAN STORY TELLING
A. Setiap peserta menampilkan cerita dalam bahasa Inggris B. Urutan maju peserta ditentukan dari urutan registrasi ulang. C. Pada saat pelaksanaan lomba, peserta wajib menyerahkan 4 hardcopy naskah cerita yang akan dibawakan kepada panitia sebelum tampil. D. Peserta diperbolehkan memakai busana sesuai dengan cerita yang akan dibawakan E. Peserta diperbolehkan menggunakan media/property dalam membawakan ceritanya. F. Peserta memiliki durasi 5 menit (ekstra 30 detik) untuk mempresentasikan ceritanya. Apabila melebihi waktu 5 menit 30 detik akan mendapatkan pengurangan nilai 1 per 30 detik kelebihan waktu. G. Lomba hanya terdiri atas satu babak (tidak ada babak final), dan pemenang langsung ditentukan berdasarkan penilaian juri. H. Kriteria penilaian lomba Story Telling meliputi : content, pronunciation / accuracy, fluency
/ intonation, performances, dan properties.
J. Keputusan juri tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
V.
TATA TERTIB A. Setiap peserta diharuskan hadir di tempat acara selambat-lambatnya 15 menit sebelum kegiatan dimulai sebelum perlombaan dimulai, setiap peserta diwajibkan untuk melaksanakan daftar ulang terlebih dahulu. B. Ketidakhadiran peserta setelah 3x pemanggilan maka akan ditempatkan pada nomor urut akhir. Peserta boleh membawa teks pada saat penampilan lomba tetapi akan mengurangi penilaian. C. Hal-hal yang belum tercantum dalam tata tertib perlombaan akan ditentukan pada technical meeting.
