Human Rights Act 1998
Human Rights Act 1998 (c42) adalah sebuah Undang-Undang Parlemen Britania Raya yang menerima pengesahan kerajaan pada 9 November 1998, dan mulai berlaku pada 2 Oktober 2000.[1] Tujuannya adalah untuk memasukkan hak-hak yang tertuang di dalam Konvensi Hak Asasi Manusia Eropa ke dalam hukum Inggris.
