Whisk until combined and set aside. 3. To a new large mixing bowl, add all wet ingredients. Whisk until completely smooth. 4. Add wet ingredients, apple, and carrot to the dry ingredients. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to mix until just combined. Avoid over-mixing your batter or your muffins will be tough. 5. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan, distributing evenly. You’ll fill each muffin cup almost to the top. 6. Bake for 18-25 minutes or until the tops of your muffins look set. We found this recipe for healthy brownies on @erinliveswhole page & have been obsessed with it for months. It’s our go-to brownie recipe…honestly our go-to sweet tooth recipe. They are just like regular brownies, if not better. The main difference: clean, healthy ingredients you can feel good eating! Ingredients: — 3/4 cup of pumpkin purée or sweet potato purée — 3/4 cup of peanut butter — 2 eggs — 1/2 cup of cocoa powder — 1/2 cup of maple syrup — 1/2 tsp of baking soda — 1 tsp of vanilla — pinch of salt — 1/2 cup of @hukitchen chocolate chips (refined sugar free!) Combine everything in a bowl & place into greased muffin tins. We use butter for our pan but you can also use coconut oil. Bake in the oven at 350° for 20-22 minutes. Check them every 10 minutes!
