This little beauty literally sparkles! This miniature vase is hand turned from a piece of black walnut with a base and top of box elder. The top also has a rim of matching black walnut. But the best part is an inlaid ring of crushed opal about 1/4 of the way down the vase! It stands 1.7 inches in height with 1.4 inches at its widest point. Very unique and beautiful!

Zebrawood and Elk Antler Miniature Turned Bowl (338)

This miniature vase has so much going for it! It is hand turned from a piece of zebrawood which is an exotic hardwood found in central Africa and highly prized for its dark swirling stripes on a golden brown background. It is further complimented by a base and top of elk antler (harvested from natural sheds). Upon close examination, the bone marrow part of the antler can be seen by its tiny black dots. To top it all off, there is a rim of zebrawood. There are also thin rings of carbon black where the antler joins the wood. Measurements for this piece are 1.8 inches in height with 1.3 inches at its widest point.
