My grandmother taught me this secret and I was amazed. We put three chopped tomatoes, half a chopped onion for peeled garlic cloves and 60 milliliters of water in a blender. I will cover the blender and blend at maximum speed for 2 minutes. After this time, we set the mixture aside. In a pan, I will add a tablespoon of butter and stir constantly until melted. Now, with the help of a strainer, I will strain the mixture from the blender to remove the residues.
