In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to create a creamy garlic butter sauce.
