Remember this. Sometimes it feels unnatural to set healthy boundaries, especially, when we’ve had collapsed boundaries. But don’t confuse the awkward feeling or the unpleasant response from a boundary-crosser as a hall pass to run back to your old ways of operating. You stopped doing it that way because it wasn’t working for you. Wrestle through setting healthy boundaries and the wrestle will create a stronger you and forge stronger relationships with the people that are healthy for you. Yo
