Ingredients: One can of whole corn Can of black beans Tortilla chips Dan-O’s chipotle ⅓ cup diced onions ⅓ cup chopped peppers ¼ cup italian 1 can Rotel Cilantro Instructions: Prep the Ingredients: Drain the corn and black beans. Dice the onions and chop the peppers. Drain the Rotel can to reduce extra liquid. Combine the Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the corn, black beans, diced onions, chopped peppers, and Rotel. Add the Flavoring: Pour in the Italian dressing and sprinkle a generous amount of Dan-O’s Chipotle seasoning. Start with a small amount of seasoning, then adjust to taste.
