(link in bio) What you need: 4 slices natural pepper jack cheese 4 tbsp diced fajita veggies 2 oz cooked taco meat 1/4 cup of @goodfoods Chunky Guacamole How to make them: 1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 2. Lay out your cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with the veggies and taco meat. 3. Bake for 7-10 mins, until the edges are golden brown. 4. Take it out, let cool slightly & roll them up. 5. Serve with your guacamole and enjoy! This was the perfect recipe to celebrate National Guacamole Day!!

Place about 5-6 oz of freshly shredded colby jack cheese in your muffin top pan or in circular piles on your parchment paper. 3. Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes or until the edges start to brown. 4. Remove them from the oven and immediately put taco meat on half of each circle. *Move quickly before they harden. 5. Fold each one in half and press down to keep them in place. 6. Transfer to a paper towel and blot off the excess grease. 7. Top with chopped cilantro and chopped onions if desired.
