But here’s the thing: posture isn’t something you can fix overnight! No quick “stand taller” tricks will magically make it perfect. 🙅‍♀️ 

There are muscle imbalances that need to be fixed first, and that takes time! You have to work on postural exercises regularly to strengthen and balance those muscles out. 💪 

Consistency is key, girl! So keep at it, and over time, you’ll feel and see the difference! 😍🌟
