This 4 ingredient jam is so quick and easy and you can make it any flavor you’d like. INGREDIENTS • 1 lbs berries (can use one type or mixed) • 1ish Tbsp lemon juice • 2-3 Tbsp honey • 2 Tbsp chia seeds 1. Put berries, lemon juice and honey in pot and cover. 2. Cook on med/high for 7 min or until berries are soft. 3. Add chia seeds and blend until smooth (can use any type of blender) 4. Refrigerate I like to reuse jars, so whatever is available I just dump the jam in and twist on the lid.
