A buttery ritz cracker topped with a zesty pickle slice and then baked with cheese yes please! I made these twice and I will say I recommend patting the pickles with a paper towel before placing on the ritz crackers this helps ensure the crackers don’t get soggy! Try this 3 ingredient appetizer and let me know what you think! Would be perfect for game day! CHEESY RITZ PICKLE BITES Ritz crackers Sliced pickles I love @grillospickles Sliced cheese I did a mix of havarti and Muenster Optional toppings- Trader Joe’s Pickle Seasoning EBB seasoning Layer the ritz on parchment paper and top with dried pickles and cheese. In a blender blend: 3 cups of oats (I like one degree GF oats from Costco or Bob Red Mills) 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 TBS pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp cinnamon Add in and blend: 1/2 cup buttermilk, milk, almond or oat 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 cup pumpkin 2 eggs 1 good tsp vanilla 3 dates, chopped and a good handful of shredded carrots Pour into muffin liners and bake at 350 for 20-22 min. (If your batter is too thick, add in another 1/3 cup of milk or so!) Enjoy!🎃"
