2 cups plant based milk 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 cup oats 4 tbsp chia seeds Add the milk, raspberries and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the 1/2 cup oats and 2 tbsp of chia seeds to two seperate containers and mix together. Pour in the raspberry milk evenly and mix together. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. PEANUT CHOC BLENDED OVERNIGHT OATS
Serves 1. ▫️50g oat flour (or rolled oats, blended) ▫️25g soy protein ▫️1 tsp cacao powder ▫️160ml milk, or water ▫️1 tbsp natural peanut butter ▫️20g dark chocolate ▫️1/2 tsp coconut oil ▫️Flaky sea salt 1. In a small jar, mix together the oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder and milk. Place the jar into the fridge to set for 3+ hours, or overnight. 3. In the morning, spoon the peanut butter on top in an even layer. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals, until melted. Pour the melted chocolate on top and place the jar into the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set. by @emmapetersen
