See our profile and visit our website💝 Homemade Orange Jam 🍊✨ A delicious, sweet, and slightly tangy homemade orange jam, perfect for spreading on toast or using as a topping! Ingredients: 1 kg small, thin-skinned oranges 1 kg granulated sugar 1 cup fresh orange juice 1 cup water Juice of ½ lemon Instructions: 1️⃣ Prepare the Oranges: Boil the whole oranges three times for 3 minutes each, draining the water after each boil. (This removes bitterness from the peels.) 2️⃣ Make the Syrup: In a large pot, combine sugar, fresh orange juice, and water. Bring to a boil for 20 minutes, skimming off any foam that forms on top. 3️⃣ Cook the Jam: Cut the softened oranges in half and remove any seeds. Add them to the syrup and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the lemon juice and continue cooking until the jam reaches your desired consistency. 4️⃣ Cool & Serve: Remove from heat and let the jam cool before transferring to sterilized jars. Store in the fridge and enjoy! 😍🍊 💝For this recipe and our 240+ recipe Ebook. 2.6K views · 1.2K reactions | 4 ingredient Raspberry Chia Jam ❤️ Stop buying jam from the store and start making your own at home like this one! I have been making this raspberry chia jam for years now, and it's so delicious 🥰 You can also use other berries with this same recipe if you'd like, such as blueberry or strawberry. This jam is also high in omega 3 healthy fats and fiber, which is a plus 🙌 Here's what you'll need: • 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries(I use frozen because they are more cost effective) • 1/3 cup chia seeds • 1/2 cup filtered water • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey Directions: 1) In a small sauce pan over medium heat, add the raspberries, filtered water, and maple syrup. 2) Bring the mixture to a boil and then turn down the heat down to simmer. Let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes to reduce down and concentrate the juices. 3) Take the raspberry jam mixture off the stove and then add the chis seeds. 4) Mix the chia seeds well with the raspberry mixture and then let it cool down and set for 30 minutes. 5) Add the raspberry chia jam to an air-tight container and store it in the fridge. 6) Enjoy with 2 weeks of making. #raspberrychiajam #betterhomemade #raspberries #jamrecipe #easyrecipes #raspberryjam | Colorful Superfoodie
