Role Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be the key driver in creating an inspiring, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and all HR-related functions, contributing to the company’s culture and success. This role offers an opportunity to influence and shape the future of our studio, which currently employs 80 dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent. Manage and oversee all HR activities, including performance reviews, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and compliance. Build and nurture a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, respect, and open communication. Drive employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth. Ensure smooth HR operations and adherence to company policies, labour laws, and regulations. Partner with leadership to shape HR policies that reflect our commitment to a fair, non-toxic workplace. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR management role, preferably in a creative or VFX industry. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Passion for creating an inclusive, positive work environment where everyone can thrive. While scrolling through old photographs, I came across this picture from our early days when we started in a small 200-square-foot studio space. This brought a wave of nostalgia, and I felt compelled to share the emotions and memories tied to our journey. Today, I am thrilled to announce that we are on the verge of moving into our dream studio—a sprawling 10,000-square-foot space in Kolkata. This journey from 200 to 10,000 square feet has been filled with sacrifices, dedication, and unwavering consistency from everyone involved. It has provided me with invaluable experiences and lifelong lessons. The artistic skills, experience, and knowledge we've gained have been instrumental in building Twilight POST into what it is today.
