It's the beleif that in order to be healthy, lose weight or just feel your best, it all comes down to food and exercise. While yes, food and exercise play a crucial role in your health and wellness, it so much more than this. Everything in your life is connected. Think: career, relationships, stress, happiness, home environment, creativity and even toxins. You need to be taught how to reduce toxins going in and eliminate the toxins that are currently in your body. STOP COUNTING CALORIES! I'll make this super simple to understand. Are 100 calories of gummy bears going to act the same as a 100 calories of kale in your body? HARD NO. During this program you will not be counting calories, points, carbs or any else for that matter. No weighing your food, no containers for each type of food, no good and bad foods and most importantly NO GUILT (thank freaking goodness, right?). I’ll teach you how to eat for your own UNIQUE body, how to prep food when you're busy, and support you to transform into a completely new healthy lifestyle that your body is desperately craving.
