Easy Meal Prep Baked Oats Recipe | Blueberry, Lemon & Almond | Breakfast Ideas
🤤Meal Prep Baked Oats | Blueberry, Lemon & Almond🫐 Makes 4-5 servings.🔥 ▫️ 200g rolled oats ▫️ 2 bananas ▫️ 60g @myprotein salted caramel soy protein ▫️ 1 tsp baking powder ▫️ 1 lemon, zested ▫️ 420ml milk* ▫️ 150g frozen blueberries ▫️ 25g flaked almonds Yogurt glaze: ▫️ 100g yogurt ▫️ 1 tsp icing sugar ▫️ 1/2 lemon, juice ▫️ 1 squeeze @myprotein vanilla flavdrops 👩‍🍳 just assemble as shown, bake in the oven (fan 180C) for 35 mins and you’re good to go!
