Easy Crockpot Appetizer | Easy Crockpot Appetizer | By Kiera's Southern Cooking | Alright y'all. We got this was four cups which is about a pound and a half of some ground beef. If you want to use something else y'all be my guess. But today we're just going to be making this little cute appetizer appetizer for y'all today. So we got the meat in there. We're just going to throw on a couple dashes of some of the steak sauce. If you got some A one sauce y'all be my guess. But we're just going to be adding in a few drops maybe a tablespoon or two of each of that. And we're going to be adding in y'all should know Duke's mayonnaise. There is nothing else other than some Duke's I like. So we're going to get a nice scoop of one maybe two little tablespoons. And mix this right on up. And we're just going to try and break up that mayo and get that steak seasoning. That steak sauce. Not seasoning. Kinda all over each of this little ground beef situation right here. Okay? I cheated. Got some of this tri pepper mix. These are just red, yellow, and green bell peppers and I'm doing the entire package right here. Oop, don't want that to come back out. Get that out and then quick little mix. Kinda already smells like a little cheesesteak or something y'all. This is going to be so good. I cannot wait to show y'all how this turns out in the end, okay? We're going to add in about half a cup of some sour cream. This is a brand new one. I hope oh yes, brand so we're going to do this is 16 this is one pound so we're just going to add about a little maybe half maybe two thirds sorry we're going to leave half in there add leave the rest in it there like that getting tongue tied a little half cup of milk and then before we start mixing it up again we're going to add in some four steak cheddar cheese so this has Wisconsin sharp, New York sharp, California mild, and Vermont sharp. How about that? Got a little mix up. Get that all in there and now, it is time to mix this baby up and we're going to get it nice and even. Make sure that sour cream and that milk kind of coats each and every one of these babies. Little ground beefs that's hanging around but y'all this recipe right here is going to be something that is just simple and everybody's going to like. If you don't like, you know, to add in the bell peppers, you don't have to. It can just be a steak and cheese but y'all this is something special that everyone is going to want to try. They probably haven't tried it because I haven't seen many other people do this one. So, that's why I decided to start sharing it. Sharing all my secret recipes with y'all now. Once you got all this mixed up nicely, we're going to go in with Philadelphia of cream cheese and I'm just going to kind of plop this block right here because I need to make room for this is the star of the show y'all some quesadilla Mexican melting cheese and I got this just at Publix in the cheese section not the fancy cheese section but just the regular cheese section so we're adding it just right here on top because once it starts cooking both of these babies are going to melt right into that meat but before we start melting this we're going to throw on just a little bit of some garlic salt little garlic salt and hurt nobody unless you don't like garlic or salt then I guess you're kind of messed up right okay and then for a dash of some more color a little paprika y'all I love putting paprika on just about everything making it look so pretty look at that that is just beautiful y'all okay next up adding on our little lid we're going to set this baby up on half for about hour hour and a half and make sure that cheese is melted by the time our cheese melted, we're going to chop up some bread and get us a nice little dip, right? Now that our Crockpot's almost done, I'm just going to take this baby on out and I'm going to cut us up just a few little slices for some bread before I can serve this up at the party tonight. So, we're just going to get us some few little scoops or scoops, a few little pieces so we can scoop em all up and y'all if this size is too big, you can just cut it right down the center, alright? Now, let's go get this to the side and get our Crockpot. Alright, y'all. Look at that. That baby is bubbling all up. Look how perfectly that cheese is melted. Let's make sure this cream cheese is melting. Just going to get my spoon and give it a nice stir. Y'all it smells like I am in a cheesesteak restaurant somewhere in Philadelphia because oh my goodness y'all. This is absolutely perfect. Look at that y'all. That I I almost could just take some bread and make myself a sandwich. Now I know it looks a little liquidy but y'all this is just freshly done after 2 hours. So y'all it is you know going to thicken up once it cools off a little bit. And we still got some time before the party starts. So what I'm going to do so I don't double dip myself. Grab myself a nice cute little bowl. Get myself a good helping and we're going to let this kind of cool off, thicken up. Got my bread cut up. I got my little dipping sauce and y'all let's see what this little cheesesteak dip is all about, okay? Get a nice scoop. Make sure I got some of my little bell peppers on there. Try not to burn yourself. Mhm.
