 📋 Ingredients List: 🍤 2 lbs shrimp 🍋 2 lemons (both juice and lemon zest) 🍃 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 🌱 1/4 cup minced fresh dill (or 3-4 tsp dried dill) 🌿 1/2 cup chopped chives (or green onions) 🌱 1 cup minced celery 🧂 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 🧅 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 🧂 Salt (My favorite all-time salt!!!) 🌑 Black Pepper 📝 Instructions: 1️⃣ Cooking Shrimp: Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil over high heat. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the water. Add the squeezed lemon and 1 tablespoon salt to the water. Add shrimp to the water, stir, and cook uncovered until shrimp just begin to turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain the shrimp and add to an ice bath. Let sit for 5 minutes and then drain again. Keep in the refrigerator while preparing herbs and veggies. 🍋🦐
