"My summer Birthday"

I didnt want to share my 35th Birthday with DRUMPF this year, so mom suggested I have a SUMMER birthday party. Since I cant really remember any but 2 birthday parties ever (the first was because the cake exploded and the 2nd was my 13th bday during an ice storm) she offered to help make this a good one. Im looking for ideas for food/drinks/decor. We are looking at Patriarche Park next month, probably around the 22nd.
