Lynn April on Instagram: "One of my favorite things about yeast bread is that you can always use the fridge or freezer as a pause button ⏸️ What do I mean by that? I mean that literally ANY yeast bread dough can be made ahead of time so that you can bake fresh rolls/loaves/buns right when you need them! 🍞 For example, I always make my hot cross buns (the bread in this video) about a week or so before Easter. I freeze the pan of rolls after shaping them, pull them out of the freezer the night before Easter, and then bake them fresh in the morning! ☀️ You can do this with ANY yeast bread recipe.
