It's super easy and It helps us avoid colds or recover from them much faster. (Plus, it's full of antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties) 💕

Ingredients:
✨1 cup dried elderberries
✨4 cups water
✨1-2 inches fresh ginger, peeled 
✨1 lemon, sliced
✨1-2 cinnamon sticks
✨1 cup honey

How to make it 💕:

1: In a medium saucepan, combine the dried elderberries, water, ginger slices, lemon and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes until the liquid reduces by half.
