1) Choose a cardio activity, such as supported squats, stationary bike, kettlebell swings—anything to get your ❤️ heart rate up and create some exercise induced stress.

2) Then do 1-2 minutes of ✨ relaxation ✨ in different labor positions and practice a comfort measure with your partner.

This helps you figure out what positions feel comfortable for you to relax in and gives your partner some ideas on HOW to support you in different positions!
