My son’s fascination with jellies hasn’t waned since we did our first jellyfish activity (check out the awesome tunnel book we made here). When I picked up Bob Barner’s book Fish Wish at the library for our youngest boy, I marveled at the amazing art – especially the two pages full of floating jellyfish. Today's lesson was all about J.Turns out we did a lot of activities that started with J! We jumped at the trampoline park, jumped in the pool during swim class, ate Jolly ranchers, jogged around the block, and jammed out to music! Eric wrote his J's and we read books that emphasized J and learned about Jellyfish! Jerryfish was super easy to create! We painted left over toilet paper rolls, glued googly eyes on it, and poked holes to string pipe cleaners through for tentacles!
