Brookie Base: •75g (1/3cup)Butter, melted (non dairy or any butter of your choice) •50g (1/4 cup)Cane sugar (or castor) •50g (1/4) Light brown sugar, firmly packed •30g (2 tablespoons)Plain Yogurt (unsweetened almond yogurt or any plain yogurt of your choice) •3/4 tbsp Milk (unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice) •1 teaspoon Vanilla extract •80g(2/3 cup) All Purpose flour •15g(3 tablespoons)Cocoa Powder •1/2tsp Baking soda •1/8tsp Baking Powder •1/4 tsp salt •30g(2 tablespoons)Dark Chocolate Chips Method:🍪 -Preheat the oven to 350f. -Grease a 6 inch springform pan with baking spray & line it with baking paper. -To a mixing bowl combined melted butter, both sugars. -Mix for 2-3 minutes with an electric whisk. -Scrape down the sides and then add yogurt, milk and vanilla, mix again until fully incorporated. -Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture. -Mix on low speed to form the dough. -Add chocolate chips and mix. -Press the dough it into the springform pan in an even layer. -Bake for 20 minutes and cool it down completely to room temperature.
