Neill Miller on Instagram: "Chicken & Veggie Orzo Soup 🥣 It’s doesn’t get much lower in calories and higher in volume than this 🙌 Makes 5 good sized bowls ☑️ 366 Calories per bowl 34g Protein 53g Carbs 2g Fats Ingredients: ▪️2 x onions ▪️2 x carrots ▪️2 x leek ▪️3 tsp lazy garlic ▪️400g raw Chicken ▪️Salt & pepper ▪️1.75L of boiling water (mixed with 2 chicken stock pots) ▪️300g dry orzo pasta …..I’m always asked what orzo is…it’s short cut pasta, and is incredible! You get it in the pasta isles in supermarkets 🙌 Method: ✅ Add chicken, veggies, lazy garlic & salt & pepper to slow cooker with 3/4L of chicken stock (use 1 chicken stock pot) ✅ Cook for 3 hours on high (double this on low) ✅ Remove chicken and shred ✅ Add 1L of chicken stock (use 1 chicken stock pot) ✅ Add 300g d
