This is my all-time favorite scarf and scarf tie. I learned this tie when I was the “scarf lady” at a big department store in the nineties.

I filmed this when the flowers were in bloom and it makes me so happy to see the bright colors and green leaves.

1. Wrap the scarf around your neck and bring the ends forward.

2. Take one end and loop it over the part of the scarf that is around your neck.

3. Keep the loop open.

4. Slide the scarf’s other end and slide it through the open loop.

5. Voila! You have a perfectly tied scarf that won’t slide or come undone. The scarf came from Palermo, Italy, last October, the jeans are AG’s ex-boyfriend’s slim from Nordstrom, my tee is from A’nue Ligne, and my sweater is White and Warren.
