Family Favorite 6 ounces of maflada noodles - cooked 1 lb. ground beef - cooked 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 ounces of sour cream 8 ounces of softened cream cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup chopped onion 10 ounces of cooked and well drained spinach 1 cup shredded cheddar - I use different cheeses once in a while to mix it up 8 ounces of tomato sauce - more if it seems dry *cook beef, stir in sauce, basil, garlic, salt, pepper and boil then simmer for 5 mins. *beat sour cream and cream cheese until smooth, stir in milk and onion *in a glass casserole dish layer half of the noodles, half of the meat mixture, half of the cream cheese mixture and all of the spinach, repeat with the rest of the meat mixture and noodles. *cover the remaining cream cheese mixture and chill *cover casserole and bake at 350 for about 45 mins. Uncover, spread remaining cream cheese mixture and cheddar cheese bake uncovered for about 10 mins.
