You’ll need: 1 cup powdered egg whites (do not use liquid egg whites) 1 cup water 1 cup cottage cheese (I used organic, whole milk) 1. Mix egg white powder with water until stiff peaks form. 2. Blend cottage cheese. 3. Fold cottage cheese into the egg white mixture. 4. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan. 5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Enjoy! 💛
