SLPs & counselors: help adolescents and teens understand group expectations with this simple activity: read about it here and start the year right! #groupcounseling
Idea from Delaware STOY, Wendy Turner! Perfect for any classroom but I look forward to using this idea with non verbal students And special education!
A gift with a Sharpie and a highlighter wrapped with ribbon in our school colors. The red tags were for teachers and say, "Teachers make our lives BRIGHTER and leave PERMANENT marks on our hearts." The blue tags were for the other school staff and say, "Thank you for making the school year BRIGHT and keeping our minds SHARP."
The worry box I made for my office! I used a box from around the house, wrapping paper from Target, and vinyl poster board lettering I found at Target!
The "Worry Monster" is located in the Admin building where students can write down their worries and post it into the box.
