Kohlrabi skewers 🔥
RECIPE (6 skewers, 30min prep time): -2 kohlrabi (celeriac works as well) Peel and shred. Marinade: -3 Tbsp tomato paste -1 Tbsp miso paste -2 Tsp soy sauce -1 Tbsp vinegar or lemon juice -1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave -3 Tbsp olive oil -1 Tsp each paprika, cumin, ground coriander -1/2 Tsp each turmeric, cinnamon -salt and pepper to taste Mix, then cover the kohlrabi in the marinade. Use immediately or I recommend marinating it for a bit. Put on skewers. Grill or pan fry until nicely charred (brush with any leftover marinade). I served it on amba.😋
