I am absolutely putting this on the Christmas table and so should you! ❤️ Ingredients: 3 x heads cauliflower sliced into 1.5cm steaks, keeping the root intact so it doesn’t fall apart (3 heads makes about 10 slices. I save any excess florets that fall off for another meal) Half to a whole cup double cream A splash of milk of choice Half a cup grated cheddar Half a cup grated mozzarella A huge grating of Parmesan 1 heaped tbsp Dijon mustard 1 to 2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 to 2 tsp ground black pepper Olive oil Salt A scatter of panko breadcrumbs For the parsley sauce, blitz until smooth a bunch flat parsley with a quarter cup olive oil, generous pinch of salt and juice of about 1.5 lemons.
