IB: @katielarimore You’ll need: 3 organic lemons 1 can of coconut milk (13.5 oz) ¼ cup maple syrup (can use more if you want it sweeter) 1. Wash your lemons and cut off the ends. 2. In a blender, combine your lemons, coconut milk and maple syrup until smooth. 3. Transfer the mixture to an ice cube tray. 4. Freeze for 1 – 1 ½ hours. 5. Place the ice cream cubes back in the blender and blend until creamy. 6. Easy Nutella ice cream Base ingredients 400g Coconut milk/ plant based cream 100g hazelnuts (roasted & skinned) 3 tbsp cocoa powder 4 tbsp maple syrup or similar liquid sweetener 1 tsp vanilla Pinch salt Add in’s 100g roasted hazelnuts 50g of chocolate chips Mix together base ingredients and pour into an ice mould and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight Prepare the add ins: Crush up the hazelnuts into small pieces and melt the chocolate Remove the base from freezer and from the ice tray and blend till nice and smooth and creamy Fold in the crushed hazelnuts and

Si eres fan de los helados saludables, tienes que hacer estos de cereza y chocolate, te van a encantar te lo aseguro. Ingredientes para 6: 125 ml yogurt natural 150 gr queso mascarpone 3 cucharadas edulcorante yo he usado eritritol 200 gr chocolate sin azúcar 6 cucharadas mermelada de cerezas, tengo la receta publicada hace poco, pero puedes usar cualquier mermelada, si es casera mucho mejor claro. Elaboración: Mezcla en un bol el yogurt, el queso y el edulcorante.
