A lot saying to “just do crunches!” If you’re woman, and have had a baby, have diastasis recti, are carrying extra body weight, have injuries, don’t currently have a lot of ab strength….these are a great ALTERNATIVE. (If you’re a beginner, these can be done without weights, using your body weight only!) #This is full of compound exercises that work your entire body. You cannot spot reduce fat. No exercise will reduce abdominal fat. Exercise can help make our abs STRONGER. Strong abs can help make day to day activities (like bending, twisting, sitting/standing) easier. Having a strong core can help improve our balance, which is super important as we get older to reduce the risk of falls. It can help reduce the risk of injury and lower back pain. We ALL have Abs.
