Let's just add a happy little pound of ground beef to the mixing bowl and then crack an egg in there. I tried to move the yolk to the look of nose. I failed. Half an onion diced. Two cloves of garlic. Minced a half a cup of long grain rice. Rinsed and drained and then two teaspoons of Italian seasoning. A half a teaspoon of garlic powder. A half a teaspoon of onion powder. One and a half teaspoons of salt. A quarter teaspoon of pepper and then go ahead and use your hands. And just mix all of this together until your happy with it. Once you're happy, just start pulling pieces off and rolling them into balls about this size. I got twenty. Personally, once you have all your balls rolled, go and take this bowl and set it aside because we're going to make the sauce. Speaking of sauce, one can of tomato sauce. Then, one can of crushed tomatoes, quarter teaspoon of black pepper, quarter teaspoon of garlic powder, two teaspoons of sugar, and then last but not least, one tablespoon of washer sister sauce. Pour it all in there Add a half a cup of water and just start mixing it. Mix it all together. It's not that hard. Uh once you have it all mixed like so go ahead and set this bowl aside and grab your favorite pot. Put your meatballs in that pot. Grab that sauce. Pour them on top of said meatballs in pot. Put the lid on it. Bring it to a boil. Once you have it to a boil or put the dang lid back on and just let it simmer for about 3540 minutes until they look perfectly beautiful like this. Oh my god. Porcupine meatballs. You should probably put these on a plate, I guess. Hold on. That's better. Mm mm mm. Neither ain't heard of porcupine meatballs and I gotta be honest. Uh I thought they would look a little bit more like a porcupine but let's see how they taste. Oh that's hot. Whoo. Let's try a smaller piece. Hot damn. Uh this is delicious. Porcupine meatball huh? Is this been around for a while? Am I just late to the game? Have you ever made these? Tell me all about it in the comments while I eat all these. See you in the comments.
